Egg tuna sandwich
This is a recipe for a type of American egg and tuna sandwich that we got from a friend's father who visited some people in California. He then brought the recipe to us in Sweden.

Ingredients:
5 oz canned tuna fish
3 tbsp sour cream
Pickles
½ tomato
1 hard-boiled egg
½ green onion
Black pepper
White bread
Directions:
Boil the egg and cut it in small pieces. Chop pickles, tomato and green onion. Remove some of the seeds on the tomato. Combine with tuna fish and add sour cream. Stir and add pepper. Serve on roasted white bread.
