Home-made meatballs with potatoes

Home-made meatballs are the best. These are served in a cream sauce with potatoes.

4 servings


1.3 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp salt
0.4 tsp black pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp butter
0.5 cups cream
1 tsp concentrated beef broth

7 oz feta cheese, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 tsp minced rosemary

Cooked potatoes or French fries


Combine minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Form into meatballs and fry until they're ready. Turn the heat down and add cream and beef broth to the frying pan. Sprinkle feta cheese over the meatballs and put tomatoes and rosemary in the pan. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes and cover with a lid. Serve with potatoes or French fries.
