Oven baked chicken with vegetables

This easy oven baked chicken recipe practically makes itself. All you have to do is cut the ingredients, put them in the oven and wait!

2 chicken fillets or 0.8 lbs
1 pepper
1 zucchini
1,5 cups creme fraiche or sour cream for cooking
2 cloves of garlic
Chili powder
Barbecue spice
Black pepper


Preheat your oven to 380F. Cut the chicken fillets in cubes, coarsely chop onion and pepper and put everything in an oven dish. Mix creme fraiche/sour cream with spices and crushed garlic in a bowl. Stir and pour into the oven dish over the chicken pieces and vegetables.

Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes (provided the chicken fillets are raw). Check if the chicken is ready by cutting the biggest piece in half. If it's still pink on the inside, the dish needs a few more minutes.

Serve with rice.
