Pizza baguettes with ham and mozzarella
This light meal is ready in an instant. A great alternative when you don't have the energy to make an actual pizza.
1 baguette (preferably the half-baked type, but the regular works fine too)
1 oz chopped tomatoes
1 mozzarella cheese
½ fresh tomato or ½ pepper
Preheat your oven to 380°F.
Cut the baguette in half (one piece per serving). Then divide each piece horizontally, making four small halves of baguette.
Combine chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and a pinch of sugar in a bowl.
Cut the desired amount of ham in cubes. Cut the mozzarella and the tomato (or the pepper) in slices. Slice the olives.
Spread the tomato filling over the baguettes. Then put ham, tomatoes/peppers and mozzarella on them and finish with the olives.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes (or follow the instructions on the package if you're using half-baked baguettes).
