Pork wok with egg noodles
This Chinese pork wok dish can also be served with noodles.
0.7 lbs pork tenderloin
1 clove of garlic
1 small can of bamboo shots
1 big carrot
Egg noodles (for amount and cooking time, see package)
Fry coarsely chopped onion and chopped pork in some soy. Add black pepper. Now add chopped garlic and carrot to the pan. When everything starts looking ready, add coarsely chopped pepper and bamboo shoot (remove water from can first).
Cook the egg noodles and when ready, pour some sesame oil in the sauce pan and stir carefully.
Pour a desired amount of oyster sauce on the pork and veggies, stir carefully and leave on the stove for a little while longer. Add the egg noodles to the frying pan and stir some more.
