Sambal oelek chicken
This is a great recipe for chicken with a chili paste called sambal oelek as the main seasoning.

Ingredients:
½ onion
2 chicken breast fillets
1.5 cups creme fraiche or sour cream for cooking
1 tsp sambal oelek (or depending on how hot you like it)
½ pepper
Salt
Peppar
Curry
Garam masala (or other similar Indian spice mix)
Paprika powder
Directions:
Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and fry them. Add chopped onion in the pan. When the chicken and onion are looking almost ready, add creme fraiche/sour cream. Add sambal oelek and after a while add coarsely chopped pepper. Add a desired amount of curry, garam masala and paprika powder (our recommendation is using more garam masala than curry).
Serve with cous cous or rice.
