Sausage Stroganoff with chili
Try this spicy version of Stroganoff with sausages and chili. Sausage is more commonly used in Stroganoff recipes in Sweden.
0.5 lbs chorizo (or your favorite sausage)
0.7 cups cream
1 tsp Sambal Oelek (or use 1 tbsp chili sauce or tomato purée)
Start off by cooking rice. Chop onion and fry. Slice the sausage and put it in the frying pan. When the onion and sausage begin to look ready, add the cream, coarsely chopped pepper, Sambal Oelek/chili sauce/tomato purée along with spices and allow to simmer for a bit.
Serve with your favorite type of rice.
