Spaghetti bolognese sauce
This spaghetti bolognese sauce is both healthy, tasty and easy to make.
0.7 lbs ground beef
14 oz chopped tomatoes
1 clove of carlic
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 pinch of sugar
Fry chopped onion and carrot, then add ground beef and salt. When the beef is about to be ready, pour in the chopped tomatoes and allow to cook for a while. Add crushed garlic to the sauce, some more salt, pepper, tomato purée, sugar and oregano.
Use regular size spaghetti, put some fresh basil on top of the sauce and serve with chunks of parmesan.
