Swedish pancakes
Swedish pancakes are a lot thinner than the American kind of pancakes. This recipe is so easy you'll be able to memorize it after having done it just once.
2 servings
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1.5 cups wheat flour
2.5 cups milk
Directions:
Beat the ingredients with a whisk until you get rid of all the little lumps of flour. Heat some butter in a frying pan and pour the mixture into it before the butter starts getting brown. Fry until each pancake is firm, then flip them over. Allow to fry until they're golden brown. You might want to add some more butter before frying the next pancake.
To keep the pancakes warm while making more, keep them on a plate under aluminium wrapping foil.
Serve with fruit, jam or just butter and sugar.
