Taco pie
This mexican inspired recipe really is easy as pie. If you're a fan of tacos, you should definitely try this taco pie.

Ingredients:
Dough:
1.7 cups wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 oz butter
0.6 cups milk
Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
Taco spice mix
2 cloves of garlic
0.4 cups water
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 380°F.
Mix butter with dry ingredients. Pour in the milk and mix. Press out the dough in a pie tin, (on the edges as well).
Peel and chop the onion. Fry the minced meat and the onion. Squeeze or chop the garlic and put it in the frying pan. Add taco spice mix and water. Let it boil until the water is gone.
Put the minced meat into the pie dough. Mix sour cream and cheese and spread on the minced meat. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until set.
Serve with salsa.
