Red Thai chicken with noodles and coconut milk

Hot thai chicken with red curry. An easy recipe that is perfect for dinner parties.

2 servings


2 chicken breast fillets
1 tsp red curry paste (or more if you want it really hot)
1 small can of water chestnuts
1 small can of bamboo shoots
Green beans
1 cup coconut milk
Black pepper
Egg noodles (for amount and cooking time, see package)


Cut the chicken in cubes and fry with coarsely chopped onion. Add pepper, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and green beans. Add the red curry paste and stir carefully. Lastly, add the coconut milk and stir again. Let simmer until it gets a little thicker.

Prepare the egg noodles according to the package and serve them on the side or put them in together with the ingredients in the frying pan.
