Tortellini with spinach and gorgonzola cheese sauce





This recipe is so easy and because tortellini are stuffed, your sauce doesn't need to be.

Ingredients:

9 oz dry tortellini
onion
7 oz gorgonzola cheese
9 oz frozen spinach
0.6 cups creme fraiche or sour cream for cooking
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper


Directions:

Start by boiling water for the tortellini as they usually need about 15 minutes. Fry chopped onion in a sauce pan until transparent, then add spinach. Add spices as soon as the spinach is completely thawed. Pour in the sour cream/creme fraiche and crumble the gorgonzola into the pan. Stir carefully. When the cheese has completely melted the sauce is ready.
